Above is an upper body workout that is proven to get you fit, trim, and healthy. I use this same workout with my clients, as well as in my own training. This workout is designed to train and condition your upper body muscles as well as your cardiovascular system. Use this workout every other day or three days on and three days off. Always remember to supplement with a total body/lower body workout alongside with this workout. Remember to hydrate and supplement well with high protein and nutrient based foods.
