The Tree Guru Workout!

Are you looking for a great workout that will get you outside after your holiday feast? Are you looking for a workout that wont have you spend 2 hours in this newly approaching cooler weather? Well, perfect!
Try *The Tree Guru* Workout below!!!

What You’ll Need:
•One 5lbs Weight
•One Tree
•A Focused Minded
   -Workout Time:
   •30 Minutes
-15 Minutes x2

Setup:
Find a tree in a park near where you live.
Stand 12 feet from your “tree guru” with your weight on the ground in front of you facing the tree.

Circuit # 1, Round 1 – 15minutes solid.

10: Air Punches
10: Curls with 5lbs weight
10: Center Squats
Drop your weight.
Run to tree
10: Wall Push-Ups, on the tree.
Run back to your staring place behind your weight facing the tree and repeat this for the duration of the 15 minutes.

Circuit # 2, Round 2 – 15minutes solid.

20: Air Punches
20: Curls with 5lbs weight
10: Center Squats
Drop your weight.
Run to tree
12: Wall Push-Ups, on the tree.
Run back to your staring place behind your weight facing the tree and repeat this for the duration of the 15 minutes.
